Painting - Tenby Fort

An oil painting based on a photograph I took on 12th August 2018 of the "Palmerston Fort" in Tenby, South West Wales.

We are looking down and east at the fort from the main promenade where the majority of the hotels are; this angle and elevation allows us to see the lie of the land beyond the bay towards the Gower Peninsular and affords a panoramic view of the busy beach on the west side of the fort.

Painted between 3rd November 2024 and 22nd December 2024, this picture measures 35 x 50 cm ( just under 14 x 20 inches ) and with the frame measures 41 x 56 cm ( just over 16 x 22 inches ).
