Paintings - set of four showing a tree through the seasons

This is a set of four oil paintings showing a tree in each season of the year.

"Spring" shows fresh leaf growth starting with generally good weather but with some typical showery clouds developing, one of which is actually raining.

"Summer" has the tree in full leaf on a hot, slightly hazy day; the sky has a lot of high altitude cloud but not enough to keep the sun off.

"Autumn" is a very stormy looking day with golden leaves on the tree, half of which have already been lost.

"Winter" is a bright, crisp, cold, day with snow everywhere, including on the tree itself.

Each painting is framed and the frames measure 35 x 35 cm ( just under 14 x 14 inches ) and the visible area of each painting is 29 x 29 cm ( just over 11 x 11 inches ).

These pictures were painted between 5th January 2025 and 19th February 2025.
